The Trash in Beautiful Landscape photographic series started as a coast and trails cleaning hobby and soon became an ongoing visual testimony of the profuse plastic pollution, coming either from conscious littering or simply flying trash.
Both shocked and overwhelmed by the amount of human waste I found during my hikes, I felt compelled to record as many evidence of it as I could, hoping it would raise awareness about the urgency to change our consumption habits.
